Managing Director and CEO comment
Mr Grant Haywood, Managing Director and CEO:
“This update lifts our Burbanks deposit to 755,000 ounces, a 62% increase in contained gold, and takes
Maritana’s Mineral Resource above 2 million ounces. The growth has come almost entirely from the Burbanks
North area, with many other key high-grade areas remaining open and offering further upside.
With 29% of the Mineral Resource now in the Indicated category and the final Phase 2 drill results expected
shortly, we will progress a further Mineral Resource update in Q1 CY2027and Ore Reserve studies. This work
will further grow the value of the project, with Burbanks Underground firming as a new potential source of feed
for the Black Swan Processing Hub.”

Overview
The Burbanks Gold Project sits 9km south of Coolgardie in the Western Australian Goldfields and is hosted by
high-magnesium basalt and dolerite of the Burbanks Formation. Mineralisation is reported across four domains
— Main Lode, Burbanks North, Burbanks South and Birthday Gift. Historical underground workings extend to
approximately 140m at Birthday Gift and 250m at Main Lode.
A two-phase extensional and infill drilling program commenced in late June 2025, with a revised total of
approximately 25,000m planned based on results and life-of-mine scheduling for the Black Swan Processing
Hub.

Phase 1 comprised 53 diamond holes for 15,798m, including two metallurgical holes, and was completed
during the June 2026 quarter. Phase 2 comprised 20 holes for approximately 6,400m focused on the Main
Lode area, combining infill drilling of the current Mineral Resource and testing extensions to mineralisation,
with the majority of holes drilled from neighbouring tenements held by Auric Mining Ltd. Assay results have
been received for the first 11 Phase 2 holes; the remainder are expected in the current September quarter
2026 and will be incorporated in a further update in the December quarter 2026.

Mineral Resource Commentary
The updated estimate reflects growth in contained gold of 290koz, or 62%, on the previous estimate. The
growth is tonnage-driven rather than grade-driven: tonnes have increased from 6.1Mt to 13.7Mt, an increase
of 122%. This reflects the Phase 1 extensional drilling at Burbanks North, which defined broader, lower-grade
mineralisation in the open pit portion of the deposit above 180 mRL, together with continuity of the higher-
grade lodes below 180 mRL.
On a project-wide basis, open pit material accounts for 496koz, or 66% of contained gold, and underground
material for 259koz, or 34%. Burbanks North accounts for the entire increase, rising to 11.1Mt at 1.47g/t Au for
523koz from 3.7Mt at 2.06g/t Au for 243koz, with a further 10koz added by the new Galaxias open pit area.
Main Lode, Birthday Gift and Burbanks South are unchanged from their 2022 and 2023 estimates and no new
drilling has been incorporated at those domains.
The Mineral Resource remains Inferred-dominant. Indicated material of 4.0Mt at 1.67g/t Au for 216koz
represents 29% of contained gold, with the balance of 540koz in the Inferred category, and no Measured
Mineral Resource has been estimated at Burbanks. The primary objective of the Phase 2 drilling is to extend
the mineralised footprint at depth below the Main Lode area.
The highest-grade component of the estimate remains the Main Lode underground material, 0.12Mt at 6.90g/t
Au for 26koz, which is small in tonnage terms but consistent with the historical underground production of
324koz at 22.7g/t Au from the Burbanks lodes. Mineralisation is defined to approximately 450m below surface
at Main Lode and Birthday Gift and remains open at depth and along strike.
Next Steps
The Company will provide an update on the remaining Phase 2 assay results as they become available,
expected in the current September quarter 2026, with a further Mineral Resource update incorporating Phase
2 in the December quarter 2026. Ore Reserve studies based on the improved confidence in resource
classification will then follow. A program of reverse circulation (RC) drilling the Burbanks South mineralisation
is planned for the next quarter.

BURBANKS NORTH MINERAL RESOURCE
Geology
The Coolgardie Goldfield is a constituent of the Yilgarn Craton's Eastern Goldfields, lying on the western
margin of the Kalgoorlie Terrane within the ca. 2.7 Ga Norseman-Wiluna Greenstone Belt. A series of deformed
amphibolite facies mafic-ultramafic volcanic and intrusive rocks overlain by felsic volcanic and sedimentary
rocks comprise the greenstone belt of the goldfield.
The gold deposits of the Coolgardie Goldfield have been categorised historically by the alteration assemblage
and zonation around the lodes, or the structural and lithological setting of the deposit. The four categories
based on structural and lithological relationships advanced by Knight (1993) are (1) deposits along sheared
porphyry-ultramafic contacts, (2) gabbro-hosted quartz vein sets, (3) fault-bound quartz vein sets, and (4)
laminated quartz reefs. Of these styles, laminated quartz reefs have produced approximately half of all gold
from the goldfield, including the two largest producers, Burbanks and Bayleys.
The Burbanks North gold deposit is hosted by the high-Mg basalt and dolerite of the Burbanks Formation.
Alteration, and several phases of metamorphism within the sequence has produced varying mineralogy,
texture, and grain size within the mafic precursor, which historically has led to the description of gabbro and
garnetiferous diorite as part of the host sequence. Work by Stewart (2015) has divided the sequence into five
tectonostratigraphic units:
• Fine-grained amphibolite with a basaltic-doleritic appearance.
• Coarse-grained amphibolite with a gabbroic appearance.
• Gneissic amphibolite with a schistose to mylonitic texture.
• Feldspar-amphibole ± garnet gneiss with a dioritic appearance.
• Quartz-veined zones.
• Two generations of later dykes intrude the sequence; one felsic and one mafic.
Drilling Techniques
Historically at the Burbanks Gold Project, both Reverse Circulation (RC - 5 ½ inch) and Diamond Drilling (DD
– NQ2) techniques were used. Most of the drilling completed at the nearby Birthday Gift underground location
was completed using a variety of HQ2, HQ3, PQ2 (triple tube) and NQ2 (standard tube) techniques.
For the 2025-2026 MRT Burbanks drilling program up to 19 March 2026, most were drilled with RC pre-collars
to approximately 100 m depth, then completed with diamond NQ2 (standard tube) tails. Due to hole deviation
in the RC pre-collars towards the end of the program, the remaining holes were collared with diamond HQ2
tube to top of fresh rock and tailed with NQ2 size tube.
Sampling And Sub-Sampling Techniques
For the historical RC drilling the holes were sampled either in one metre intervals or composite sampled by
spearing sample bags over a four or five metre interval. After logging, the geologist marked intervals of interest
for subsequent sampling. Sample intervals were nominally 4 m, but may have been constrained by logged
lithological, mineralisation or alteration boundaries to as small as 1 m. Where composite samples highlighted
anomalous gold grades, the primary 1 m samples for the composited zone were analysed to provide more
accurate data.
The historical diamond drilling has been completed to industry standard using varying sample lengths (0.2 m
to 1.5 m) based on geological intervals. Core is aligned and measured by tape, comparing to down-hole core
blocks. Any discrepancies are immediately highlighted with the driller and corrected as required.
maritanaminerals.com.au Page | 10
Diamond core samples were crushed and pulverised to produce a ~200 g pulp sub-sample to use in fire assay
analysis (30 g to 50 g charge). Visible gold is occasionally encountered in core.
For the MRT 2025-2026 diamond drilling program, sample lengths range from 0.1 m - 4 m (4 m RC
composites) and are based on geological intervals. The methods used for RC sample collection and core
alignment, mark-up and photography are consistent with historical practice. Under the direction of the field
geologists the drill core is cut at significant lithological and mineralogical boundaries and in half lengthways
along the orientation line. Half of the core is prepared for dispatch to the laboratory for assay and half is retained
on site.
MRT diamond core samples were crushed at Intertek Kalgoorlie to ~2 mm and split to produce a 500 g jar of
sub-sample. The jars are uniquely numbered and sent to Intertek Perth for photon assay. The coarse rejects
are discarded.
All historical and recent drilling and sampling methods are considered by MRT to be consistent with current
good industry practice.
Sample Analysis Method
Historical sample preparation was conducted at Bureau Veritas’ Kalassay Laboratory using a fully automated
sample preparation system. Preparation commences with sorting and drying. Oversized samples are crushed
to <3 mm and split down to 3 kg using a rotary or riffle splitter. Samples are then pulverized and homogenized
in LM5 Ring Mills and ground to ensure >90% passes 75 µm.
200 g of pulverized sample is taken by spatula and used for a 40 g charge for Fire Assay for gold analysis. A
high-capacity vacuum cleaning system is used to clean sample preparation equipment between each sample.
Fire Assay is an industry standard analysis technique for determining the total gold content of a sample.
The 40 g charge is mixed with a lead-based flux. The charge/flux mixture is ‘fired’ at 1100°C for 50 minutes
fusing the sample. The gold is extracted from the fused sample using nitric (HNO3) and hydrochloric (HCl)
acids.
Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS) is then used to determine gold content of the acid solution. The
detection level for the Fire Assay/AAS technique is 0.01 ppm. Detection limits are in ppm (=g/t) unless
otherwise noted. Best practice is assumed for all previous samples.
For the MRT 2025-2026 drilling, Intertek dry the core, crush to ~2 mm whereby >70% pass through the 2 mm
sieve. Samples are mixed to homogenise the material and a 500 g split is placed into a plastic photon assay
jar. The jars are uniquely numbered and passed through Intertek’s Chrysos PhotonAssay unit. The jars are
retained by MRT and stored on site.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Historical laboratory QAQC controls include duplicates for reproducibility, blank samples for contamination
detection and standards for precision and bias monitoring. Company and laboratory QAQC reports for
previous operators were not available for review at the time of this MRE. However, in 2019 BMGS completed
a review of QAQC sampling for an air core program of 188 holes. BMGS comment that all standards reported
analyses within acceptable ranges, but an overall negative bias was observed. Blanks consistently reported
grades in line with anticipated values. Due to insufficient sample analyses above 0.5 g/t Au, field duplicates
produced no conclusion regarding the repeatability of economic gold grades at Burbanks North. Laboratory
repeats returned results consistent with original values.
The laboratory used for the MRT 2025-2026 drilling (Intertek) has generally demonstrated analytical precision
and accuracy at an acceptable level within 95% confidence limits.
MRT QAQC samples include blanks, standards and field duplicates. For the 2025-2026 drill program, the
following insertion rates of QAQC samples were used (Table 2).
maritanaminerals.com.au Page | 11
Table 2 - QAQC Sample Submissions
Sample Type Insertion Rate Number of Samples No. Reporting outside 3 Std. Dev. % Reporting outside 3 Std. Dev.

FIELD DUPLICATE 4% (1:28) 419 1 pair 0.2%
OVERALL 18% (1:5) 2,172 10 0.5%
MRT QAQC analysis generally reported blank and standards results within acceptable ranges of +/- three
standard deviations from their expected means. Field duplicates returned results consistent with original
values. Only 10 (<0.5%) QAQC samples failed. The erroneous results are attributed to incorrect standard/blank
identification. One blank reported above the tolerance limit, and this was attributed to contamination following
a high-grade sample containing visible gold. One pair of field duplicates did not correlate within acceptable
limits. Investigation was on-going at the time of MRE.
An overall QAQC insertion rate of 1:5, with only 0.5% of results reporting outside three standard deviations is
considered optimal and provides appropriate support for the classification of Inferred and Indicated Mineral
Resources at Burbanks North.
Database
The drilling database for the Burbanks Gold Project is maintained by Maritana Minerals (MRT) using Micromine
Geobank geological database management system (Geobank). The collar metrics, assay, lithology and down-
hole survey interval tables were checked and validated by MRT staff.
MRT’s database checks included the following:
• Checking for duplicate drill hole names and duplicate coordinates in the collar table.
• Checking for missing drill holes in the collar, survey, assay, and geology tables based on drill hole
names.
• Checking for survey inconsistencies including azimuths <0˚ and >360˚, dips >90˚, negative dips
below to UG upholes, and negative depth values.
• Checking for inconsistencies in the ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields of the assay and geology tables. The
inconsistency checks included the identification of negative values, overlapping intervals, duplicate
intervals, gaps and intervals where the ‘From’ value is greater than the ‘To’ value.
• Database checks were also conducted in MS Access, Leapfrog™ and Surpac™ Mining software
prior to geological interpretation.
MRT has appropriate processes and due diligence in place to ensure the integrity of the drill hole data
underpinning the Mineral Resource estimate. The drill hole database is considered suitable for Mineral
Resource estimation of global gold grades and incorporates all available drilling results up to and including 19
March 2026.
To focus solely on the geological interpretation and subsequent MRE at Burbanks North, the drill hole database
was filtered to only include holes above 6,566,700 mN (Figure 1).
Mineralisation interpretations were informed by a sub-set of the global database for Burbanks Gold Project
comprising 241 RC, 127 RCD and 14 DD holes. This includes 24 RCD and 6 DD holes drilled by MRT between
June 2025 and March 2026.
maritanaminerals.com.au Page | 12
All drilling was located using the GDA94, MGA Zone 51 grid system and transformed to the GDA2020 MGA
Zone 51 grid system using the following conversion:
• Easting + 0.90 m
• Northing + 1.50 m
Topographic control in the area is provided regionally by SRTM data, and locally by drill collar surveying.
Drillholes were located on 50 m or 100 m spaced traverses along strike from previous drillholes. Drillholes are
spaced 20 m - 40 m apart along traverse lines. There are some zones with tighter spaced infill drill holes on a
nominal 10 m - 20 m grid pattern.
Geological Interpretation
The Burbanks North MRE extends for approximately 2.2 km in strike length in a NE direction and includes a
small volume of mineralisation at the northern extent known as Galaxias (Figure 1).
Mineralised domains at Burbanks North (12 domains in total) extend over a 1.8 km strike length in a NE
direction. Domain widths are variable along strike and down-dip and range from 1 m to ~20 m (including
internal dilution). The MRE extends from the surface (approximately 380 mRL) to 400 m below the surface (-
100 mRL).
A small cluster of domains has been modelled at approximately 190 m NE of Burbanks North and extends for
approximately 275 m. Historically this small zone of mineralisation has been named Galaxias. The lithology
and associated mineralisation at Galaxias appear to be a continuation of the same “diorite” units at Burbanks
North and as such have been interpreted and interpolated with the same domain codes and estimation
methodology as the Burbanks North domains. Galaxias is identified independently as a separate deposit.
Galaxias contains a small portion of Inferred Mineral Resources and is included in the overall reported Mineral
Resources for Burbanks North. Galaxias was previously reported internally as an Inferred Resource in
November 2013 by Barra Resources (28,583 tonnes at 1.36 g/t Au for 1,252 ounces).
The Burbanks North interpretation and model also includes two small domains on the western extent named
Kangaroo Hills. These two domains are insufficiently drilled to be included in the overall mineral resources for
Burbanks North. Furthermore, there is little known about the extent of previous historical mining activity in the
area.
maritanaminerals.com.au Page | 13
Figure 1 - Plan view of Burbanks North, including Galaxias to the NE and Kangaroo Hills to the West
The Burbanks North gold deposit (including Galaxias) is hosted by the high-Mg basalt and dolerite of the
Burbanks Formation. Alteration, and several phases of metamorphism, within the sequence has produced
varying mineralogy, texture, and grain size within the mafic precursor, which historically has led to the
description of gabbro and garnetiferous diorite as part of the host sequence.
Higher tenor domains are hosted in brittle deformed intermediate units and on the contacts with surrounding
mafics. Secondary mineralisation is also hosted in moderately foliated mafic units, also relative to the
intermediate unit contacts.
The interpretation of mineralised zones was largely based on the geometry of the lithological and structural
architecture. The lateral extent and orientation of these zones is limited by mineralised assay data.
A nominal cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t Au was used to guide the continuity of the interpreted mineralisation. Within
the mineralised wireframe, if an intercept fell below the nominal cut-off but continuity was supported by host
lithologies, the intercept was retained for continuity purposes.
As gold mineralisation is found primarily along the hangingwall and footwall contacts between the brittle
deformed intermediate units (“diorites”) and surrounding mafics, the mineralisation interpretation approach was
maritanaminerals.com.au Page | 14
to capture both HW and FW outer extents above the nominal cut-off grade as one overall mineralisation
interval. This led to significant intervals of waste (sub-0.5 g/t Au) between the HW and FW contacts being
included as mineralisation. Therefore, a second phase of waste interval selection was undertaken to interpret
and contain the internal waste domains within the mineralisation envelopes.
A total of 12 mineralised domains were interpreted at Burbanks North. The domains are related to the 12
interpreted “diorite” units identified during the lithology interpretation phase. Eleven mineralised domains have
internal waste domains.
Factors which aided the confidence of the geological interpretation included:
• Clustered zone of approximately 20 m × 10-20 m drill data across the top of the deposit.
• The addition of 30 resource development infill and extensional RCD and DD holes.
• Geological interpretation of the brittle deformed intermediate units (“diorites”) prior to interpretation of
mineralisation envelopes that relate to them.
• Review of historical and recent structural measurements to validate the sub-vertical geometry of the
interpreted lithological units an
