Announcement PDF ASX: MRT ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 4 June 2026 LIZ JONES APPOINTED AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Maritana Minerals Limited (ASX: MRT) (“Maritana” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Elizabeth (Liz) Jones in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) as the Company transitions into a standalone gold producer. Ms Jones is an experienced mining executive with over 30 years’ experience in underground and open-pit operations, project delivery, technical services, optimisation and safety leadership across the Western Australian gold industry. Most recently Ms Jones held the position of General Manager of Ramelius Resources Limited’s Mt Magnet Gold Operations where she oversaw the successful reestablishment of Underground Mining, expansion of Open pit operations at Cosmos and Cue and the establishment of Mount Magnet as a key regional hub processing multiple ore sources. This experience makes her ideally suited to take operational responsibility for Maritana’s strategy to refurbish and repurpose the Black Swan Processing Hub as gold processing infrastructure to process ores from multiple mines in the Kalgoorlie and Coolgardie regions. As COO, she will join Maritana’s executive team and report to Managing Director and CEO Mr Grant Haywood. Ms Jones holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the Western Australian School of Mines.
