Windarra Tailings Project delivered a further cash payment and an ongoing royalty interest.
Black Swan Processing Hub Project Update
Early Works
Construction activities at the BSPH gained momentum during the September quarter, with multiple work fronts
established across the processing plant and associated infrastructure. Under the GR Engineering Services
(GRES) managed Early Works program, site activities focused on demolition, bulk earthworks, ground
foundation improvement and preparation for the refurbishment and construction of the processing facilities.
Civil Works and Ground Improvement
Bulk earthworks commenced across the new CIL circuit, ROM pad expansion and associated infrastructure
areas. Works undertaken by PCH included excavation, preparation of foundation areas and ground
improvement through the removal of unsuitable material and replacement with engineered select fill. These
activities are establishing the foundation conditions required for construction of the new processing facilities.
The revised ROM pad design was also completed, incorporating greater flexibility for receiving, stockpiling and
blending ore from multiple regional mining operations.
Demolition and Plant Refurbishment
Significant progress was made in removing redundant infrastructure to prepare the existing processing plant
for refurbishment and integration with the new facilities. Focus Demolition advanced with the dismantling of
conveyors, transfer towers, ore bins and associated structures, progressively opening up work areas for
subsequent construction activities.
Assessment of the existing milling circuit also progressed, with mechanical inspections and non-destructive
testing undertaken to establish the scope of refurbishment required. The SAG mill was successfully rotated for
the first time in approximately 17 years, representing an important milestone in assessing the condition of the
existing equipment.
Engineering and Procurement
Detailed engineering continued in parallel with site construction activities, with a focus on finalising equipment
requirements, resolving interfaces between new and existing infrastructure and advancing construction-ready
design packages.
Procurement of critical long-lead equipment progressed. Equipment delivery requirements and construction
sequencing continue to be coordinated to support the overall project schedule.
Project Delivery and Contracting
The Early Works program represents approximately A$31.5 million in committed expenditure, including
engineering, construction management, procurement and site execution activities.
Development of the main EPC and reimbursable contracting arrangements continues, alongside refinement of
the capital cost estimate, project schedule and execution strategy.

Non-Process Infrastructure
Development of the supporting infrastructure required for construction and future operation of the BSPH
continued during the quarter, with progress across water supply, power, road access, security and
communications.
• Power Supply: Evaluation of the long-term power supply strategy progressed, with particular focus
on reliability, capacity, capital and operating costs, and delivery timeframes. The assessment includes
dedicated on-site gas generation, existing Goldfields grid connections and hybrid renewable solutions.
Regional grid reliability and available capacity remain important considerations, with on-site generation
being evaluated to provide a reliable and cost-effective long-term supply. Temporary diesel generation
remains under consideration to support commissioning and initial operations, if required.
• Construction Water: Flow Water Services advanced the A$1.3 million refurbishment and upgrade of
the existing borefield infrastructure, including pump, pipeline, power supply and control system works.
Refurbishment, testing and commissioning activities progressed during the quarter to establish a
reliable construction water supply and reduce reliance on water cartage.
• Potable and Process Water: Arrangements for the delivery of potable water to site progressed to
support the expanding construction workforce and accommodation facilities. In parallel, investigations
continued into additional groundwater resources to meet the longer-term process water requirements
of the BSPH. Potential supply areas north of the processing plant and south of the existing borefield
remain under evaluation, together with the infrastructure required to develop and transfer additional
water to site.
• Road Infrastructure: Planning continued for upgrades to the 18km unsealed section of Yarri Road
servicing the BSPH. The proposed approach prioritises improvements to road formation, pavement
condition, drainage and heavy-vehicle access without requiring full bitumen sealing. Engagement with
the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder continued to progress the scope and delivery arrangements, with
consideration given to increasing construction traffic and future operational haulage requirements.
• Site Access, Security and Communications: Development of the permanent site access
arrangements progressed, including the entrance intersection, security gatehouse and management
of construction and operational traffic. ESN Group continued design of the integrated communications
infrastructure to support the processing plant, administration facilities and accommodation village,
including network connectivity, wireless communications and system reliability.
Accommodation
Accommodation infrastructure expanded significantly during the September quarter, supporting the increasing
construction workforce at the BSPH, while planning and procurement advanced for the Company's longer-
term operational accommodation requirements.
• Construction Accommodation: The expansion of the temporary construction village was completed
during the quarter, increasing installed accommodation capacity to 73 rooms across two stages. The
expansion also included additional supporting facilities comprising wet and dry mess areas, laundry
and recreational amenities, including a gymnasium. The increased capacity provides accommodation
for the growing site workforce as construction activities accelerate.

maritanaminerals.com.au Page | 6
• Main Accommodation Village: Development of the permanent accommodation village progressed,
with the initial 60-room facility designed to accommodate future expansion to 120 rooms as operational
requirements increase. OTOC Australia was awarded the construction contract, with accommodation
and kitchen modules sourced from McNally and ATCO. Procurement and delivery planning continued
during the quarter, with major components scheduled to arrive in November 2026 and the village
targeted to become operational from January 2027.
• Kalgoorlie Accommodation: The Company's regional accommodation strategy also progressed
following the acquisition of a property in central Kalgoorlie with existing development approval for a
50-room accommodation facility. The proposed development will support the planned commencement
of mining operations at Boorara, Coote and Crake, providing a centrally located accommodation base
for personnel working across the Company's satellite mining operations. Development is planned to
commence during H1 CY2027.
Mine Development and Operations
MineBuild Global continues to oversee preparation for the restart of mining at the planned initial ore sources
for the BSPH. Contract tendering processes for open pit mining, underground mining and haulage services
are progressing, with contract awards targeted for late 2026 ahead of the planned restart of mining at Boorara
in mid-CY2027.
Cannon Underground Gold Project
The Cannon Underground Gold Project is within Maritana Minerals’ Bulong South gold project located 30km
east-southeast of Kalgoorlie in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia, in granted mining lease
M25/333 (Figure 1). The project forms part of the five year Life of Mine8 plan through the BSPH and is currently
on care and maintenance.
Boorara Gold Project
The Boorara Gold Project is located 17km east of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, adjacent to the Super Pit (Figure 1). The
project remains on care and maintenance following the completion of mining in December 2025. Mining is
targeted to restart in mid-CY2027, ahead of BSPH commissioning and first processing during H2 CY2027.
Stockpiles totalling 460kt at 0.95g/t Au for approximately 14,200oz remain on site and will provide the initial
feed for BSPH commissioning and ramp-up. Resource definition drilling activities during the quarter continued
with assay results pending for remaining drillholes. Results from this drilling will inform the Mineral Resource
update for future Ore Reserve calculations.
Rose Hill Gold Project
Rose Hill is located 0.5km southeast of Coolgardie, approximately 85km from the BSPH. During the quarter
the Company declared a maiden Ore Reserve for the Rose Hill Underground of 420kt at 2.34g/t Au for
31.6koz6, supported by a Pre-Feasibility Study completed by Mining Plus in July 2026 (refer to Mineral
Resources and Ore Reserves section).
